By connecting via API sellers can manage various key business operations in real-time such as:
Product data
- Create and update product data
- Delete product data
- Get information about transmitted product data
- Get information about available categories and attributes
Inventory data
- Create and update offers
- Delete offers
- Get information about existing offers
Order Management
- Retrieve new orders
- Mark orders as sent
- Cancel orders
- Upload and manage order invoices
Tickets
- Retrieve end customer tickets
- Sent messages to tickets
- Open and close tickets
Returns
- Retrieve return requests
- Manage returns
