Global Dashboard
The Global Dashboard is your homepage in the Seller Portal. It shows you all your active sales channels, so you can see your performance across all Kaufland marketplaces at a glance.
The Global Dashboard allows you to check your sales, monitor the status of individual sales channels, view open tasks and access detailed reports – all without having to switch between the individual countries.

Where can I find the Global Dashboard in the Seller Portal?
When you log in to the Seller Portal, you’ll be taken straight to your Global Dashboard.
What you will find on this page
- Total sales and sales trend: In the upper section you will find your total marketplace sales for all active Kaufland sales channels, including the trend compared to the previous period. The integrated chart shows you the sales trend over the last 7, 15 or 30 days.
- Service Performance Dashboard: A table with one row per sales channel – broken down into performance, revenue, product range and onboarding – immediately shows how your sales channels are developing and where action is needed. Further information: Service Performance Dashboard.
- Executive Summary: Directly above the total revenue, Ailora provides you with a weekly performance overview with specific tips – for example, on offers that are close to winning the BuyBox. Further information: Executive Summary.
- Task Centre: The right sidebar bundles the status for each sales channel, your open tasks and tips, as well as quick access to your most used tools and Kaufland Global Marketplace support. Further information: Task Centre.
The Global Dashboard in beta version
The Global Dashboard is currently under development and is marked as a beta version. You can share your opinions and suggestions with us at any time via the Give feedback option on the page.
Service Performance Dashboard
The Service Performance Dashboard forms the core of your Global Dashboard. Your active sales channels are listed one below the other, allowing you to compare them directly and identify areas requiring action straight away – categorised by performance, sales, product range and expansion. Warning markings specifically point to values that require your attention.
The sections that are displayed depend on the status of your sales channels – active channels show performance, sales and product range, whilst channels that are still undergoing onboarding appear in the “Onboarding” section.

Performance: The “Performance” section displays the service KPIs of your marketplace performance. Each key performance indicator (KPI) is classified as good, poor, or critical based on a target value. Clicking on the name of the sales channel will take you directly to its individual dashboard. You can find all the background information on these KPIs and the associated warning levels under Your Service Performance – General information.
Sales: The “Sales” section summarises your business results from your active sales channels over the last 7 days.
- Total sales: Your total sales for the sales channel in the selected period.
- Total orders: The number of orders received.
- Average sales per order: Your total sales divided by the number of orders.
- BuyBox share: Indicates how often your product won the BuyBox (as a percentage). The BuyBox share is only displayed if you are the only seller offering the product, or if more than five sellers are offering it.
Product range: The “Product range” section gives you an overview of the status of your product range for each sales channel, including the date of the last update.
- Total offers: The total number of offers in the sales channel.
- Sellable offers (in %): The percentage of your offers that are currently available for purchase by customers.
- Out of stock: Products that are currently unavailable as they are not stocked.
- Paused offers: Offers that you have paused and that are not visible to customers.
- EPR violations: Products that do not comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements for the country of the sales channel.
- Missing product data: Offers that cannot be displayed because product data is missing.
- Problems with GPSR: Offers in violation of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
Onboarding: In the “Onboarding” section, you can see the current progress of your inactive sales channels. A marker highlights steps that require your input. These are based on the onboarding checklist – the full instructions can be found under “Onboarding”.
The steps shown are: onboarding, tax data, tax ID/TIN, warehouse, return address, legal texts, shipping groups, offers and EPR information.
Executive Summary
The Executive Summary is a weekly, AI-generated overview in the upper dashboard area. It shows your most important key figures at a glance and gives you recommendations for action.

Here’s what is shown in the Executive Summary
- Summary of your weekly performance: A brief summary of your performance in the past week – including a comparison with the previous week. Select “Show more data” for a detailed view or “Show growth opportunities” to delve deeper.
- Opportunities: In addition to the summary, direct sales opportunities are highlighted. For example, the BuyBox opportunity (“You are just one click away from the BuyBox!”) shows offers shortly before winning the BuyBox and explains the next steps.
If multiple summaries are available, use the arrows to switch between them. You can rate each summary or close the analytics at any time.
Working with Ailora
The Executive Summary is linked to Ailora, your AI assistant in the Seller Portal. For deeper insights, Ailora explains the underlying data and recommends specific steps – such as how to win back a lost BuyBox.

FAQs
Which sales channels does the Global Dashboard display?
All sales channels linked to your seller account, including those still in the onboarding stage. Each sales channel appears as a separate line in the Service Performance dashboard.
Can I still view the data for a single sales channel?
Yes. In the “Performance” section, simply click on the sales channel of your choice to go directly to its detailed view.
How up-to-date is the data?
That depends on the specific area. For example, the “Sales” section shows data from the last 7 days, while the “Product range” section shows the exact time of the last update.
What does a warning mark next to a value mean?
It indicates that a value requires your attention – for example, a metric below the target value or a problem with an offer. Open the relevant report or settings to resolve the issue.
Why do I see different sections for different sales channels?
The sections automatically adapt to the status of the respective sales channel. Active sales channels display data on performance, sales and product range. Sales channels used in the onboarding process are listed in the “Onboarding” section.
Where can I download the analysis data?
Detailed reports are available in the Seller Portal under the “Reports” section. A complete list can be found under Reports.
Where did the Executive Summary come from?
It is automatically generated from your performance data for the reporting period specified in the Executive Summary.
Can I get more details than what’s shown in the Executive Summary?
Yes. Select “Show more data” or “Show sales potential” to open the detailed view, or continue the conversation with Ailora for a more in-depth analysis.
What happens if no Executive Summary is available?
If insufficient data is available for the period, the Executive Summary will remain temporarily empty. It will be displayed again automatically as soon as sufficient data is available.
Why does a task keep reappearing in the Task Centre?
Tasks remain active until the cause is resolved – for example, by sending an order or correcting the VAT ID number.
What distinguishes a task from a tip in the Task Centre?
A task requires decisive action. A tip offers optional potential to increase your performance or prompts to use new features.
What is Ailora?
Ailora is your AI assistant in the Seller Portal. It helps you directly in the Task Centre to understand the status of your seller account and to resolve outstanding tasks.
