In the Seller Portal, go to “Settings” and select Shop Settings.
Which settings do I have to complete after account activation?
- Provide your legal texts consisting of imprint, return conditions, terms and conditions and data protection. Please note that your legal texts must not contradict the legal texts from Kaufland Global Marketplace!

Please note in particular that returns are free of charge for customers from a single item value of € 40.01 according to our terms and conditions. Through your own terms and conditions, you can only lower the respective item value for free returns, but not increase it.
- Define your shipping settings.
- Adjust your return settings. You can either provide your own DHL credentials to use our return system considering your return conditions, display an individual message to the customer or open a ticket upon return request.
- Generate your API keys for integration via API or interface
- Add your shop logo and link to increase your visibility.

Your company details can be changed here.
In case of internal company changes, please consider to also check your provided documents and update them if necessary.
