Legal texts for each country of sale
For each Kaufland sales channel, separate legal texts (general terms and conditions, cancellation policy, privacy policy, legal notice) must be saved according to the country of sale and country-specific law in the respective national language.
The implementation applies to all Kaufland marketplaces.

Automatic translation and transfer of legal texts
In the Seller Portal, open your Shop Settings, then navigate to Legal texts. Here you can activate free translation and automatic transfer for all of your sales channels.
How does it work?
- Activate the Translation & Transfer service in the Legal texts section of your settings.
- If you have not yet done so: Create your legal texts in your source sales channel. You can select your source sales channel at this link.
- After automatic translation has been activated, your legal texts will be translated with DeepL and automatically transferred to all your other sales channels.
- Finally, review all the texts before you publish them. You can edit the translated texts if necessary.
