In cooperation with the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, you can sell your Italian products on one of the largest German online marketplaces: Kaufland.de.
The “Made in Italy” campaign is your opportunity to achieve recognition and sales on the German market with exclusive advertising.
What requirements must you meet in order to participate?
ITA certification
- Certification is only available to companies registered in Italy.
- Products must comply with the regulations for the “Made in Italy” label.
- Certification is free of charge.
- Certification is carried out exclusively by the ITA.
Kaufland Global Marketplace registration
- After completing ITA certification, sellers must undergo the regular registration process for Kaufland Global Marketplace.
- The products must have a GTIN.
- The product data must be available in German.

What terms and conditions of participation apply to sellers and products?
Sellers, brands and manufacturers who produce (or have produced) their participating products in Italy and undergo the ITA certification process are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible with the legal authorisation to use the “Made in Italy” advertising claim for the participating items.
Who carries out the “Made in Italy” certification?
The verification and certification is ensured by the ITA.
The ITA (Italian Trade Agency) verifies and certifies sellers who promote themselves and their products for theMade in Italy campaign.

How do I list my items on the campaign page?
After successful registration and certification, you can begin listing your offers. In order to list your items not only on Kaufland.de, but also on the exclusive campaign page and participate in the “Made in Italy” advertising campaigns, you must submit the eligible items by sending the appropriate template by e-mail to madeinitaly@kaufland-marketplace.com. The template will be made available to you automatically once your account for the “Made in Italy” campaign has been activated.
