There are no hidden costs when selling via Kaufland Global Marketplace: Apart from a monthly basic fee (from €39.95**), the only charges are sales commissions on each sale.

You can change your subscription model on a monthly basis; this is managed in the Seller Portal under Shop Settings > Subscription.
An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect only four weeks after the request is made.

EPR Management by Kaufland
Kaufland handles the majority of the statutory EPR obligations for sellers on selected sales channels, such as the provision of EPR numbers, the timely submission of volume reports and transparent reporting to the authorities.
- Hassle-free selling: If you do not enter your own IDU numbers for your categories, our service will provide you with the required numbers and enter them in your Seller Portal.
- Transparent reporting: Monthly reports on your sales and the corresponding eco-participation fees are available to you in the Seller Portal.
- Simplified quantity report: Your sales history and eco-participation fees are automatically transmitted to the relevant Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO).
Costs
Service fee: €1.90 (monthly) per product category that uses an EPR number.
Environmental contributions: Statutory fees depending on category and sales volume or product weight – passed on 1:1 without surcharge (monthly billing)
If you do not enter your own EPR numbers in the Seller Portal as a seller, the EPR service will be automatically activated upon your launch on Kaufland.fr. If you do not wish to use the service, you can manually deactivate it in the Seller Portal.
Vouchers
When you use vouchers, you set up percentage or absolute discounts on your offers – visible on product details pages, in search results and in recommenders on the Kaufland marketplaces.

- Creation is free of charge
- If a voucher is redeemed, a cost of 49 cents will apply for products under €100 and 99 cents for goods valued at €100 or more
- Kaufland.pl:
- for products up to 400 zł = 2 zł per redemption
- for products over 400 zł = 4 zł per redemption
- Kaufland.cz:
- for products up to 2500 Kč = 12 Kč per redemption
- for products over 2500 Kč = 24 Kč per redemption

*In addition to the services included in the package you have booked, you will receive a credit of €30 per month for placing Sponsored Product Ads (SPA). The credit is granted on a pro-rated basis for calendar months that have already begun. To be able to use the credit, you must register for the SPA programme, which is subject to separate GTCs. The credit is a discount that is deducted from the net invoice amount for SPA services at the end of the month. Unused credit expires and cannot be carried over to the following month or paid out. Kaufland is entitled to discontinue the discount at any time with six months’ notice to the end of the month.
After registering, you decide which marketplace you want to publish your offers on and from which active sales channel the monthly basic fee should be debited. The basic fee will be charged in the local currency of the corresponding marketplace. The basic fee for Kaufland.pl is debited in Polish zlotys and for Kaufland.cz in Czech crowns.
The collaboration can be cancelled at any time.
