Yes. The self-service Sponsored Ads tool lets you enter and adjust your maximum budget at any time. The prices for the other placements are fixed prices which are based on the reach of each channel. Who is in charge of creating and managing the campaigns?

Utilise our user-friendly self-service tool to create and manage Sponsored Brand Ads campaigns on your own. The Advertising by Kaufland team will take over the creation and management of other advertising campaigns once you have provided images and text in the appropriate format. If you have any questions, our Advertising by Kaufland Team will be happy to help.

How can I increase the reach of my campaigns?

In order to maximise the reach of your branding campaigns, you can combine different onsite and offsite placements. A broader spread ensures correspondingly higher visibility.

Is it always necessary to have a brand shop?

A brand shop is not strictly necessary in order to display further placements on the Kaufland marketplaces, but it does offer advantages. You can present your brand individually with a brand shop and use it as an attractive landing page for your campaigns. In addition, the brand shop enables the development of a consistent brand image as well as customer loyalty in order to generate sustainable sales.

What does “statically integrated” mean for a homepage advertising space?

Statically integrated means that the advertising space is booked for a specific time period and is not rotated with other ads based on targeting or other criteria. This has the advantage that all users who visit the Kaufland Marketplace homepage within the respective campaign time period will see your advertisement in the position you have booked.

How is a brand shop set up and what adjustments are necessary? How can it be integrated into other marketing strategies?

Brand shops are created individually and can be put together from different elements according to your wishes. You decide which content you want in your brand shop, and we take care of the entire creation as well as individual adjustments. The adjustments are made either once a month or every six months. The brand shop can be used as a landing page for various advertising measures. For example, it’s ideal as a landing page for Sponsored Brand Ads, as well as newsletter, homepage or display campaign links. This strategy is particularly effective for drawing attention to your brand shop and the targeted promotion of your brand presence.

What are the requirements for linking from homepage advertising spaces?

You can decide flexibly which Kaufland marketplace page you want to use for links from your advertising. The options are your seller shop, your brand shop (if available), a campaign landing page (if available) or a filtered category page. If a single focus product is being advertised, the link can also direct to that product details page. You may not link to external pages outside of the Kaufland marketplaces.

Which formats are available for the display campaigns?

You can choose different social media ad formats such as single image/video, carousel or collection. Social media ads are displayed on both Meta platforms Facebook and Instagram. You can choose from the following formats for (Google) display ads: Responsive ads, static image ads or discovery ads.

How do I reach the optimal target group with display campaigns?

Kaufland Global Marketplace can individually address your target group based on data. To do so, the system also uses external data (e.g. Google/Meta data). For example, users may be targeted if they have already searched for similar products. A target group can be reached based on interests, such as customers who have interacted with your products but have never purchased them.
